How it works
An LFC biodigester is a stainless steel tank the size of a dishwasher (or a walk-in, at the top of the range) that digests food waste aerobically, the same way a compost pile does, but in 24 hours instead of months and with no smell.

Plant-based media holds a microbe and enzyme blend. Paddles turn slowly, the motor runs about a quarter of the time. No smell, no methane.
Most waste is gone inside 24 hours. The machine never needs emptying and nothing is hauled away.
Certified load cells log what went in. A cloud dashboard turns it into diversion and CO2e figures for your ESG reporting.

Shellfish matters on the coasts. Crustacean waste is on the manufacturer’s accepted list. Hard clam, mussel, and oyster shells we confirm at the site assessment.
What it needs
Hot and cold water in, a floor drain out, a power outlet. Every unit is on castors. The LFC-25 through the LFC-100 run on a standard single-phase 15 A circuit. From the LFC-200 up, three-phase power. We confirm all three in the free site assessment, including drain approval with your utility.

Plant-based porous chips hold a microbe and enzyme blend. Paddles turn slowly and the motor runs about a quarter of the time. The blend is topped up once a year, the media every few years, both by us. 50+ sensors watch temperature, moisture, and load.
What you get back
Every load is weighed on certified load cells and logged to a cloud dashboard: kilograms by hour, day, month, and year, and CO2e avoided. We send a monthly report you can drop into an ESG filing.
Sizing
Nominal capacity assumes food waste arrives steadily over a 13 to 16 hour day. Real kitchens load in bursts after service, so units average about a third of their nominal figure. We size from your meals a day and your hours, never below a unit’s minimum, and we swap you up a size if your volume grows. The range runs from 9 to 6,000 kg a day.
